PM² è una metodologia semplice ma completa e può aiutare a stabilire processi e linguaggi comuni di gestione dei progetti all’interno e tra le organizzazioni di qualsiasi tipologia. Ha il potenziale per aumentare l’efficacia, l’efficienza e le percentuali di successo dei progetti in Europa. Può fungere da catalizzatore per la modernizzazione delle pubbliche amministrazioni europee e aumentare la maturità della gestione dei progetti all’interno dell’Unione Europea.
