Officers from the General Directorate for Defense Investments and Armaments (GDDIA), representing different branches of the Hellenic Armed Forces, recently participated in a PM² Methodology Workshop delivered by Human Asset with the support of the PM² Alliance.
The workshop focused on the practical application of PM² within defence investment and armaments projects, helping participants explore how the methodology can support clearer governance, structured project delivery and effective coordination in complex project environments.
The programme followed a blended learning format, combining face-to-face training, asynchronous learning and live online sessions.
Through the workshop, participants had the opportunity to strengthen their understanding of PM² principles, roles, processes and artefacts, while considering how these can be adapted to their own organisational context.
The PM² Alliance is pleased to support initiatives that contribute to the wider adoption of PM² and to the development of practical project management capabilities across sectors.
We congratulate the participating officers and Human Asset on the successful completion of this learning initiative.
