DOTSOFT Professionals Complete Online Agile PM² Methodology Workshop

Between 29 June and 21 July 2026, 12 staff members of DOTSOFT SA successfully completed the second online Agile PM² Methodology Workshop, delivered by Human Asset with the support of the PM² Alliance.

The blended programme combined four days of live online training with two days of asynchronous learning. It was designed to strengthen participants’ understanding of Agile PM² and prepare them for the PM² Agile Certification examination.

Throughout the workshop, participants explored the main phases, practices and artefacts of Agile PM², with a particular focus on how the methodology can be applied effectively across different types of projects.

Using a realistic case scenario involving a start-up company, the DOTSOFT team worked collaboratively through a series of practical activities. The programme began with a team-building exercise and the Initiating phase before progressing to Planning, where participants identified Work Items, developed a Work Items List and produced key Agile PM² Artefacts.

During the Executing phase, the participants examined how to assess and manage a Change Request and how Monitoring and Controlling practices can support project stability without disrupting delivery. The interactive format encouraged active participation, practical application and productive discussions throughout the programme.

Participant feedback highlighted the expertise, preparation and engaging delivery of trainer Thanasis Fourtounas. Attendees particularly appreciated the clear explanations, thoughtfully designed exercises, well-paced sessions and practical examples that helped them connect the methodology with their professional work.

With the workshop now concluded, the participants are entering the final stage of their learning journey and preparing to undertake the PM² Agile Certification examination.

The PM² Alliance congratulates the DOTSOFT team on completing the programme and commends the organisation’s continued commitment to developing strong, adaptable and practical project management capabilities. We also acknowledge Human Asset and Thanasis Fourtounas for supporting the wider adoption and effective application of Agile PM².
