The IKOS/SANI company training on the PM² Methodology
Following the attendees’ interest, the tutor Athanasios Fourtounas, accredited PM² Trainer and PM² Alliance Member, was pleased to answer a wide range of queries regarding the use and implementation of the PM² Methodology. Following this frame, the participants were eager to elaborate their expertise on the “how-to” process regarding the project management’s best practices, organisation, and communication skills.
Further to that, the step-by-step guidance for the management of the projects and the project management roles and responsibilities were thoroughly analyzed and discussed.
