The EU PM² project, a strategic initiative supported by the European Commission, is transforming project management for EU-funded projects by offering the PM² methodology. This standardized approach meets the specific demands of EU projects, ensuring they stay on schedule, within scope, and are fully compliant with EU governance and reporting requirements.
In collaboration with several key partners, including the PM² Alliance, the project makes PM² accessible to a wide audience. The PM² Alliance, a notable associated partner, plays a vital role in supporting the dissemination and implementation of the methodology, bridging knowledge gaps, and fostering project management skills across Europe.
The upcoming EUPM² Project Multiplier Event, “EUPM2 Unveiled: A Tailored Approach to Managing EU-Funded Projects,” will take place on November 22, 2024, in Brussels. Highlights include:
- EUPM² Guide: A detailed framework for managing EU-funded projects.
- EUPM² Course Model for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs): Tailored resources to integrate PM² into educational programs.
- Web-Based Toolkit: A suite of tools to support project design and management.
The event will feature expert panels on the role of EU projects in advancing integration and offer a masterclass on the EUPM² model. This collaboration, supported by partners like the PM² Alliance, ensures the resources and training reach project managers across the public sector, nonprofits, and the private sector.
