Spreading the benefits of the PM² Methodology in Croatia

The PM² Alliance and the University of Applied Sciences Baltazar Zaprešić will work together to promote excellence in project management in Croatia through a series of joint activities over the next 5 years.

Working together for the development of future professionals and researchers in the field of project management.

The two organizations will work together on sharing knowledge in areas of common interest, for the mutual benefit of their organisations, members, students, faculty and society in general.

The University of Applied Sciences Baltazar Zaprešić recognises the potential and significance of Europe’s PM² Methodology and includes courses in its graduate Study Program in Project Management.

The collaboration between the two organisation aims to advance the PM² Methodology and the project management profession in the region.

In addition to the collaboration with the PM² Alliance, the University of Applied Sciences Baltazar Zaprešić also collaborates with IPMA and PMI Croatia.

The University’s programme is the first registered programme for education of project managers in accordance with the IPMA regulations in the Republic of Croatia and the broader region. The registaration has been achieved through the International Project Management Association Registration (IPMA REG).

Furthermore, the University cooperates with the Project Management Institute Croatia (PMI Croatia), where students have can participate in volunteer projects and keep up with the latest trends in project management.

The University of Applied Sciences Baltazar Zaprešić – https://www.bak.hr/en is a higher education institution chosen by over 7000 students since it was founded 18 years ago.

All study programmes of the University are original and unique, and they were set up by top experts and scientists from the field of economics. Furthermore, the programmes are accredited by the Ministry of Science, Education and Sport and the Agency for Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Croatia. Two independent international institutions have awarded the University with ISO 9001 standard for the quality of teaching in the field of higher education for business economics and management.
