The Portuguese Translation of the PM² Guide

The PM² Alliance is particularly proud for supporting the effort of bringing closer the PM² Methodology to its stakeholders across Europe and beyond. Many individuals, organizations and volunteers have done their best in order to translate the PM² Overview and the PM² Guide in various languages.

So far, the overview has been translated into 9 languages (English, Croatian, French, Greek, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Dutch and Finnish), while many more teams are working intensively on additional translations.

We would like to thank all those who have contributed to the Portuguese translation of the PM² Overview. The translation team consists of Ana Sérgio, Miguel Gonçalves, Afonso Duarte and is led by PM² Alliance’s regional coordinator for Portugal José Luis Ferreira.

Mr. Ferreira is a trainer and project management consultant and he is committed to the PM² Alliance and its vision of disseminating the methodology. Jose works to create a strong PM² community in Portugal and the recent translation will pave the way for more professionals in the Portuguese speaking world to come closer with the PM² Methodology and its offering.

We met Jose in one of the gatherings of the association and we asked him about his thoughts on the methodology and his experience with the translation process.
