During 29 to 30 of October a Project Management Workshop took place for 10 employees of Alphamega Hypermarkets in Nicosia by Human Asset in cooperation with PM2 Alliance!
10 employees from various specialties were trained through an intensive 2 days Project Workshop.
As a group we practiced all processes of Project Management according to PM2 Methodology of EU by using a realistic scenario but also, we discussed a lot of real case studies!
We started the Workshop with a team building activity by actually trying to build something!
At the beginning of the PM2 Workshop, a lot of Stakeholders were Identified and analyzed but also the product of the scenario was analyzed and discomposed through a PBS to the appropriate elements.
Then participants created a full Project triangle (WBS, Gantt chart and Budget), a Project Handbook but also Project Risks were Identified and analyzed followed by appropriate Responses.
