From 11th till 13th of June, 10 staff officers of the Moldavian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) participated in a PM² Methodology Workshop of Human Asset in cooperation with DCAF – Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance in Chisinau, Moldova with the goal to gain the PM² Advanced Certification. They were trained to all the phases and artefacts of PM² Methodology and how the methodology can be integrated in Public Sector projects in an efficient way! It is a blended training including 3 day of face to face training, 3 days of asynchronous training and 2 days online synchronous training with the support of PM² Alliance!
The participants were from 4 different specialties of the MIA of Moldova and through this interactive workshop we examined a real case scenario of a ministry!
We started with a Team Building activity as well as the Initiating phase!
After that we worked on the Planning phase by identifying our Stakeholders and creating our Project Triangle as well as to produce the proper PM² Artefacts!
