PM² Methodology Workshop for Hospitality Projects!

From 18th January till 02nd of February, 16 employees of the Hospitality sector participated in a PM² Methodology Workshop of Human Asset for a 3rd time. They were introduced to the principles of PM² Methodology and how this can be integrated in Hospitality projects in an efficient way! It was a blended training including 1 day of online synchronous training, 3 days of asynchronous training and 2 days of face to face training with the support of PM² Alliance!
The participants were from 7 different hotels and 2 different countries (Greece & Spain) and through this interactive workshop we examined a real case scenario of a hotel!
The workshop started with a Team Building activity and then participants worked on the Planning phase by identifying the Stakeholders and creating the Project Triangle as well as to produce the proper PM² Artefacts. Moreover, during the Execution phase participants discussed and worked on a Change Request and how you can Monitor & Control that without causing problems.
Productive discussions were raised and the results are depicted below on the PM² templates!
