Thrilled to have the opportunity to conduct a 6 hours workshop with the title “Integrating Feedback and lessons learned process to Operational & Logistics planning” in Sofia, Bulgaria in cooperation with CMDR (Crisis Management and Disaster Response Centre of Excellence ) on the 06th of Nov 25.
The 11 participants were Planners from 10 countries (Poland, Hungary, Netherlands and Bulgaria ) and through a practical workshop they were introduced how to obtain feedback and use it to produce Lessons Learned so as to confront threats and seize opportunities!
The workshop took place as a part of the ” CRISIS MANAGEMENT AND DISASTER RESPONSE EXERCISE PLANNERS TRAINING” and we used NATO standards as well as PM2 Agile method (PM² Alliance) through an adjusted KANBAN Board!
Moreover, it was an amazing feeling to have inside this class former students of mine from THUAS and NATO School of Oberammergau!
