A Hands-On Approach to PM²
The workshop kicked off with a team-building activity, fostering collaboration and setting the stage for the Initiating phase of project management. Participants then delved into the Planning phase, where they identified key stakeholders, built their Project Triangle, and developed essential PM² Artefacts to guide their project.
The Execution phase brought another level of complexity, as the group examined a Change Request scenario, discussing strategies for effective Monitoring & Controlling to ensure seamless project adjustments without disruptions.
Interactive Learning & Real-World Application
The workshop was highly engaging, with productive discussions, dynamic teamwork, and the use of post-its and PM² templates to visualize ideas and solutions. This hands-on approach allowed participants to apply PM² concepts in a realistic setting, deepening their understanding of project management best practices.
