University College Dublin showcases PM² adoption at HEAnet ’25 Conference

The PM² Alliance is delighted to note the continuing momentum of PM² Project Management Methodology adoption, highlighted recently at the HEAnet ’25 Conference in Killarney, Ireland. (HEAnet is Ireland’s National Research and Education Network).

Frank Desmond, UCD, delivered a presentation on how PM² is being used to provide a common approach to project management for UCD staff.

The talk focused on UCD’s successful initiative to introduce PM² as the recommended Project Management Methodology for staff, establishing a common language and unified approach for project management.

As the official methodology of the European Union Institutions, PM² is widely recognised for its light, easy-to-implement nature and its commitment to open and free access to its methodology guide, templates, and training material. UCD’s practical experience offers a valuable roadmap for other European educational bodies looking to professionalise and harmonise their project delivery.
