Project Management Best Practices Meetup Athens – Presenting PM²

Join us in Athens on December 19th for discovering how PM² enhances project management efficiency by integrating sustainability, artificial intelligence, and portfolio management. This event will also cover how PM² has been successfully adopted in both private and public sector projects, 15 years after its introduction. The event is organized by the Hellenic American Union with the support of PM² Alliance. 

We’ll delve into PM² evolution and current state, examining how it has been adopted in public sector projects and EU-funded initiatives. The discussion will highlight cutting-edge trends, including the integration of sustainability into project management practices, the application of artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize decision-making, and portfolio management strategies using PM². 

The meetup features a distinguished panel of experts with deep experience in project management and the PM² methodology. Charalampos (Harris) Vasileiou, a consultant for the European Commission at DG SANTE and an expert in the European Health Data Space, Nicos Kourounakis, Senior Consultant at the Methodologies Office of the European Commission, Marios Skiadas, an advisor on digital transformation and public procurement at Expertise France, and Dimitris Tolis, a senior trainer, instructional designer, and executive coach at Hatec, will all share their insights and high expertise in project management efficiency best practices using PM². The discussion will be facilitated by Elias Michelioudakis, an IT Portfolio Management Consultant at the European Commission, ensuring a dynamic and engaging dialogue.
