The ESG4PMChange project is a groundbreaking initiative aimed at integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into project management education and training. Funded under the ERASMUS-EDU-2024-PI-ALL-INNO program, this project brings together 14 leading partners from across Europe, including Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), Vocational Education and Training (VET) providers, professional associations, and business actors.

Why ESG in Project Management?
As sustainability and social responsibility become essential in business and governance, ESG-focused project management skills are now in high demand. ESG4PMChange bridges the education gap by developing:
- A standardized ESG competency framework for project managers
- A digital learning hub with MOOCs and Open Educational Resources (OER)
- Micro-credentials to certify ESG project management skills
- Living Labs, where students and professionals can apply ESG concepts in real-world projects
