The Central Denmark EU Office (CDEU) partnered once again with European Academy to run a three-day, in-house PM² Methodology training programme in Brussels, bringing together a cross-sector cohort from education, healthcare, culture, green transition, public administration, and research.
The course deepened alignment with European Commission–endorsed project management standards and strengthened regional readiness for EU-funded programmes. Participants progressed from PM² foundations to applied governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and reporting, with a strong focus on Open PM² artefacts (Project Charter, Business Case, Work Plan), the RASCI model, and practical checklists to embed quality and transparency.
From Methodology to Proposal Excellence
Days 1–2 centred on PM² lifecycle management, documentation standards, and hands-on use of official templates. Day 3 shifted to Erasmus+ proposal design and budgeting, guiding attendees to craft fundable applications, avoid common errors, and plan realistic budgets (including action-based and lump-sum approaches). The integration of PM² governance with funding strategy ensured immediate applicability for upcoming calls.
Practical Tools for Real-World Use
Participants received ready-to-deploy PM² templates and resources, supporting rapid adoption across institutional workflows—planning, monitoring, reporting, and closure—consistent with European Commission expectations for EU projects.
