In April 2023, Arhs Developments partnered with European Academy, a PM² Alliance Affiliated Training Provider (ATP), to deliver a comprehensive online training course on Management and Coordination of EC-Funded Projects: The PM² Methodology.
This two-day interactive course introduced Arhs Developments’ team to the European Commission’s official project management methodology, providing structured guidance on planning, executing, and managing EU-funded projects efficiently and in full alignment with Commission standards.
The programme was designed to address the organisation’s specific needs in managing complex, technology-driven EU projects, combining theoretical insights with practical exercises and real-world applications.

- Monitoring and controlling project performance, cost, and quality
- Change management, communication planning, and reporting practices
- Project closure techniques, including end-of-project reviews and lessons learned documentation
