The 2020 PM² Alliance Conference is a landmark event. This year’s online conference brings together representatives from Institutions, Member States’ public administration, PM² Practitioners, Trainers, and PM² Methodology Experts, to share experiences in using the PM² Advantage to transforming their Organisations and moving forward.
The presentations and discussions aim to address how PM² can enable better Project Management by helping organisations deal with the challenges of performance, collaboration with each other, engagement with clients and user and keeping up with the complexities of managing contractors and outsourced projects.
