Presentation Summary
Business Technology Management (BTM) is a new global initiative launched in Canada. It aims to unify several open standards around a coherent Body of Knowledge (BOK) for Digital Transformation projects leadership. It seeks to unite all specializations and their respective professional competency frameworks around a strong core (e.g., Business Analysis, Enterprise Architecture, IT Services Management, Project Management). PM² will become its core reference for PM, and will offer PM² Alliance and its community the opportunity to both contribute to BTM as well as create more customized derivatives for innovative PM capabilities in all sectors.
