Presentation Summary
In
June 2020 the Executive Committee of the Belgian Train company, known
as NMBS (Dutch) and SNCB (French), decided to adopt one methodology
throughout its entire organisation. The 18.000 FTE public company
providing public transport throughout Belgium, including an offer in its
neighbouring countries, is transforming rapidly to a more dynamic
organisation with professional project, programme and portfolio
management.
Robert, who led the PM² adoption effort the last 12
months, will take you through that effort. Explaining how he and his
team rallied support, tailored PM², aligned it on the Belgian Train key
processes, embedded it in those processes and are at the start of the
roll-out.
