Presentation Summary
The Public Administration Shared Services Entity in Portugal, I. P. (eSPap – (Entidade de Serviços Partilhados da Administração Pública)), whose creation was achieved through Decree-Law no. 117-A/2012 of 14 June, has the mission of ensuring the development and provision of shared services within the Public Administration, as well as designing, managing and evaluating the national purchasing system and ensuring the management of PVE, supporting the definition of strategic policies in the areas of information and communication technologies (ICT) of the Ministry of Finance, ensuring the planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of technological computerisation initiatives of the respective services and bodies.
