Building on the successful presentation of the PM² Conference of 2018 on the topic of “Thinking Big but Starting Small”, this presentation covers both the early years of PM² and its early application in IT projects and expands on its influence on IT Governance and Portfolio Management as an organization-wide initiative with a multi-dimensional organisational impact.
The presentation also presents the application of PM² in large-scale Trans-European Projects run by the Directorate General EPLOI integrating Social Security Data from the Members States across the European Union.
