Presentation Summary
This session covers issues related to the application of Project Risk Management and its associated culture and procedures. More specifically, the session examines the key-elements of the Project Risk Management as well as some of its most commonly used practices, tools and techniques. Awareness of Risk Management practices is critical in modern corporations and assists in impacting both effectiveness and efficiency. These issues have become even more relevant and important in our uncertain business enviroment because if organizations are not performing “Project Risk Management” from the beginning then in a short period of time they will be obliged to perform “Crisis Management” which can, in turn, lead to “Management of Losses” and the last two actions are much more expensive, time consuming and possibly embarrassing.
